Failing/refusing to do so will result in the rejection of the reservation.

For a room priced at 400 thousand rupiah, no breakfast, good wifi but no internet, poor signal, and a small room. Highly not recommended. This is a money-oriented place to stay.

The room you booked is usually a favorite for business trips with two single beds for two people. You checked in around 3:11 PM and wanted to upgrade at around 6:35 PM. Of course, we charged an additional fee and it has been agreed to by you as a guest. The additional fee we charged was only for an extra bed. WIFI at the time of your stay was not experiencing any problems. If you log in to WIFI correctly, you should be able to connect properly. We apologize if you had a different experience. Have stayed here several times. I have also ordered a small room when staying alone. Yesterday I stayed with my family during the Eid holiday. The room was comfortable, the bathroom had the same nuance and was clean, the ventilation circulation in the bathroom was also good, it was not stuffy and the air was good. The hotel felt like staying at home and I greeted the owner several times.
