Not livable. After checking in, the reviews are all bad. And that's true. The room is dirty, the lights are off, the bathroom is dirty, the sheets are dirty, there is hair on the bathroom wall. Oh yes, the CS is not friendly.

- The air conditioner doesn't work. - the room still has a lot of garbage left over from the previous user that hasn't been cleaned. - the bathroom smells. - the sheets and blankets are not clean enough. - the lock and the door to the room are broken. - the bathroom lock doesn't work properly. - already booked but when I checked in, the info on the room was empty and an alternative room was just found.

Very gross. Until you have to buy your own air freshener so it doesn't stink. Dirty bathroom. The sound of the AC engine outside is also quite disturbing so it is difficult to sleep. The lift area is also dirty never cleaned. Coming garbage outside the room piled up not cleaned.

The bed is dirty, bathroom is dirty, they didn't have any parking lot for car, I know you got what you paid for, but I know some place better than this with the same price.

Already came to the hotel. I already got the voucher, how come it hasn't been included in the hotel booking yet. Information on the receptionist's intention.
