Cold AC, hot water in the bathroom is smooth, local TV channels, there is a kettle and coffee/tea in the room. and what makes me feel at home in my room is on the 5th floor with a city view. access to the surrounding area is also close, if you want to go to the old city, just leave the hotel, from the station it is also about 15 minutes by vehicle. next vacation to Surabaya again, you can come back here

During my two nights stay here, the staff were helpful and informative. The rooms were not too spacious but comfortable, hot shower and air con worked. The location is top-notch, located near Taman Sejarah; the building itself is part of Kota Lama heritage. It's not far from the train stations and some tourist attractions.

My best experience was staying here. I first stayed here in 2020, right after the COVID-19 pandemic. Since then, every time I'm in Surabaya, I always stay here. The service is incredibly friendly, the rooms are excellent, and they're incredibly clean. Don't forget to stay at Hotel Horison by Arcadia; it's absolutely fantastic.
