The location of the hotel is quite easy to reach, the lobby is large and comfortable, it looks quite old but still comfortable, parking slots are also sufficient. The staff is definitely friendly. However, some of the problems are in the room. We ordered 3 rooms, all three of them had problems in the sitting closet, it was difficult and sometimes it couldn't even be flushed, because the water reservoir did not fill up. Even one of the rooms is muddy because there is a leak, it has been repaired but has not changed. The room we occupied had damage to the entrance card, it could be repaired but the next day the problem returned, so it had to be opened using a master key from the maintenance person, and even then we were told, the doorkey had to be programmed again. So we decided to just stay waiting for check out. What a special stay š. Hopefully this review is used to make the future better, because this is labeled a 3 star hotel

When entering the hotel, you are greeted by friendly security, the check-in process is fast, even though there are a few missed the receptionist incorrectly informs the room. Arriving in the room, the condition is decent with the AC functioning normally, the television channels are quite a lot, the bed is clean. But here is not provided a coffee and tea maker. The cleanliness of the bathroom still needs more attention because the glass is opaque, there are still hairs left in the sink and there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom. In the bathroom there are only two towels that are quite worn, no bath mat is provided so it's a bit of a hassle when you get out of the bathroom because the condition of the bathroom floor is flooded. This hotel serves room service but no menu list is provided, so when you want to order food, you have to call the restaurant to ask for the menu. The electric plug in the room seems to need to be added. Breakfast is still lacking in variety with flavors that still need to be improved. The morning menu is anchovy fried rice with slightly "sluggish" rice, vegetable capcay or what tends to be bland and the vegetables are overcooked. Salad bar with slightly wilted vegetables, sliced fruit provided but no dessert fork provided (feel funny when you have to eat watermelon with a tea spoon) as well as in the toast section guests have to use a tea spoon to spread butter or jam. Hopefully in the future this hotel can be better.

Please update the hotel. The classic hotel is okay "just fine, only the walls" are broken", the drains smell, the bathroom smells like a public toilet, the "lights" are dead, all of that has been fixed. In the parking lot also smells of sewer. There is no wifi that can be used.

Dapat kamar dengan view pohon bambu. Tak apalah cuma untuk transit aja kok. Kamarnya lumayan bagus, tapi sayang lampu kamar mandi redup banget euy. Kudu di ganti. Sarapan standard banget lah. Lumayanlah untuk sekelas hotel di kabupaten. Yang penting AC dingin, air panas juga bagus.

Resepsionis ramah, tetapi kamarnya ga lah, AC bocor, flush bidet mati, dan air WC nyala terus berisik banget pas tidur. Udah gitu ga ada lampu besar di kamar, jadi ketika kita butuh sesuatu yang hilang susah nyarinya. Ga kedap suara, suara dari kamar sebelah geser-geser kursi kedengaran, suara anak kecil kedengaran, ACnya pun seri lama, harus disetting dulu biar agak dingin, spreinya ada bercaknya. Makanan oke lah, standar. Ga ada smoking area sayangnya, kalau mau merokok harus di emperan depan hotel. Mungkin fasilitas kamar diperhatikan lah ya, masa dari Horison Group hotelnya kayak begini.

First, the room is not well maintained, lamp that is broken on top of mini bar is not fixed, the bathroom is not clean, there s water leakage, the wall is cracking and need to be repainted. Floors need to be mopped, I can see that floors is not that clean anyway. Bed is not comfy since it s been quite old I think, the spring of the bed making sounds too. Food are so so, soup is not served hot. Location is good.
