The restaurant is delicious, various food variations, the swimming pool is also ok, the gym area is ok, the room also has an attractive view, only the cleanliness is lacking, the smell of urine is strong from the toilet, before use, it is possible that the blower in the toilet is no longer functioning, the pillowcase is stained and still smells very bad, the lobby and corridor are sometimes fragrant, sometimes not, the receptionist during the day is not very friendly, the receptionist at night is very friendly, all the OBs are friendly, just a suggestion for FO, greet all customers in a friendly manner,

My experience from check-in until I checked out, the hotel staff was friendly, the cleanliness was good, almost all areas of the hotel were always clean, the service was good, the facilities were good to use, you can exercise, swim, and go to the gym, at night you can enjoy the beauty of Jayapura while seeing the red bridge in the Sky Lounge, basically I really recommend you to stay here, there is something special that I asked for in the app such as an additional high floor and a view of the red bridge, it was really given by the hotel, thank you Hotel Horison Ultima Entrop.

My experience from check-in until I checked out, the hotel staff was friendly, the cleanliness was good, almost all areas of the hotel were always clean, the service was good, the facilities were good to use, you can exercise, swim, and go to the gym, at night you can enjoy the beauty of Jayapura while seeing the red bridge in the Sky Lounge, basically I really recommend you to stay here, there is something special that I asked for in the app such as an additional high floor and a view of the red bridge, it was really given by the hotel, thank you Hotel Horison Ultima Entrop.
