The experience at this hotel was bad. When checking in there was no staff to take you to the room and tell you that the coffee and tea sachets provided would be charged. It turns out that only Aqua is free. At checkout an extraordinary price was charged: 15 thousand per sachet of Kapal Api powder and 10 thousand per sachet of tea, a total of 65 thousand. Housekeeping was also poor: When we were traveling the opportunity was not taken. We returned at 14 o'clock the room was still not clean. Towels are very unfit and stained. It took a long time for hot water to be available. The toilet flush is no longer functioning. I definitely won't stay here again.

Adi Surya termasuk hotel yang bersih, nyaman, tidak berisik, keamanan rapi, resepsionis-nya baik-baik, ramah, sudah cantik, ramah, kalau tukang bersih-bersih-nya juga jeli banget, detail banget, aku sering menginap di hotel baru ini dapat yang super duper nyaman, sekeliling hotel ada kalau malam yang jualan di luar tinggal jalan kaki, masakannya enak, ada Lamongan, ada sate, ada nasi sayur. Wes, pokoknya mantap lah.

Untuk suasana nyaman sekali, teduh jauh dari kebisingan, AC tidak dingin, air untuk mandi tidak panas sama sekali, untung Kediri cuacanya br tidak dingin. Kebersihan perlu ditingkatkan lagi, parkir luas, kendaraan diparkir di depan kamar.

Saya menginap di sini untuk 3 malam dan sewa 2 kamar. Staf pelayanan tidak ramah, kamar bau rokok, air panas tidak berfungsi untuk 2 kamar tersebut, airnya kecil banget, intercom juga tidak berfungsi. Complimentary hanya air putih dan diberikan 1x padahal menginap 3 malam. Semoga pelayanan hotel bisa diperbaiki ke depannya

The hotel is quiet comfortable even though it is close to the highway. The bathroom is quite spacious. There is also a garage next to the room. Fridge is also there. Standard food can also be delivered to the room. Clean rooms. Prices are affordable too. Recommended.

Room space is quite spacious. The bathroom is quite comfortable to wear. Flush incident on the toilet did not come out but was fixed by the hotel clerk. There is no heater in the room, but a lobby dispenser is provided. Parking is provided next to the room directly. Breakfast only 1 menu (pecel rice overlaps with fried chicken + tempeh + tofu + crackers) with the choice of drinking coffee or tea, by way of ordering to the clerk in the lobby.
