Overall the hotel is good but the cleanliness of the room is starting from the dirty sheets, lots of hair and tissue on the floor + the room smells of cigarette smoke even though we booked a non-smoking room.

The staff is friendly and the housekeeping department should pay more attention to the SOP for entering the room, knock on the door 2/3 times before opening it or enter with the key if it is locked, there is no need to knock because the guest is still inside.

There is a security guard who is a bit annoying, asks for parking money, and looks at guests cynically, several times I have been here when I meet that one security guard, I feel annoyed. Please give the hotel a warning, because it can ruin the rating.

The worst hotel, the service is not friendly, the soap dispenser is broken and can't be removed at all, the towels are dull, and what is certain is that the dish has peanut sauce stains, a little charge of 80 thousand, in other hotels it's not really like that hahaha :') I've just stayed here for the last time.
