1. The receptionists are friendly and the service is super fast. 2. Strategic location. 3. The facilities, from the garden to the pool to the tennis court, are super spacious and super clean. 4. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped. I booked a non-smoking room, but because they were full, I was given a smoking room without the smell of cigarette smoke. For an old, classic hotel, the cleanliness is truly excellent.

everything is going well, the location and the traffic is not a big deal, i can easily reach the location. at 7 pm and i dont get my dinner yet and at the Borobudur hotel you can choose what do you want for dinner, because they have a restaurant and dessert store. I choose to buy cheese cake dan opera chocolate cake, what makes me happier is, i bought the cake after 7 pm, soa i get 30%extra discount. The room space ismore than enough, the bathroom is clean. what i note is that the furniture or the fasility looks like old style dan the shower is above the bathup. when i take a shower, the water, is going everywhere. i dont like the bathroom going wet everywhere. What makes me love with this hotel is the breakfast menu dan the decoration theme.

check in time was 30 mins delayed the room then was very smelly we moved to other room, the room was not properly cleaned, there was someone's hair in the bath tub the bfast was too crowded, and there was cockroach on the chair the staff helped to pick it but no one said sorry

Stayed here for MAIR 2025. There's no smart TV. The room was a bit rundown. My son found a snake fruit seed near the mattress, which means the cleaning process wasn't up to scratch. The carpet in the hallway was a bit of a nuisance, and there was a risk of falling because it was piled up haphazardly.

The staffs were friendly and helpful. The Christmas decoration was awesome. But the tv was difficult to switch with the remote but the staff came and help. The parking area was too far from the hotel entrance, and there was no place to drop the online order if we order food outside the hotel.

Recommended if you want to have a staycation! The staffs are very friendly and helpful, with lots of facilities you can try, without even going out from hotel. The swimming pool has an olympic size, and it has a kids pool as well. The food tastes good, especially the in room dining one! You will be satisfied for sure 🩷

Borobudur Hotel was my choice for a staycation because of its comprehensive facilities, including a basketball court, tennis court, jogging track, and numerous spots for aesthetic photos. My favorite is the 3.8m deep swimming pool, which is unique to this hotel. Happy Staycation 🙏🏼
