Have a nice experience staying here. Love the pool. The food's great with many choices. A convenient access to Ciputra Mall is a great privilege.

Old a hotel but well maintained, and the room was old but clean. You can still feel some of their excellent feature, especially the soundproof room. They have smoking floors, but they put some air purifiers in places so that it doesn't smell like smoke. The swimming pool was great for a small kid, easy access to the mall, breakfast buffets were great with a lot of options but slow to refill. The staff were great and helpful, and they diligently remind guests to wear masks and maintain health protocol which was really great. Overall a pleasant stay will be happy to come back.

The hotel connects directly with the mall, which makes it perfect and convenient if one needs to find alternatives for meals. The staff were very helpful, particularly the front desk.

The room was clean and quite spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the bathtub cup was slippery. Furthermore, soaking in water requires a lot of water. It would be better to just replace the shower box. Thanks.

Old hotel but clean and well-maintained. The room was large, but I didn't expect it to have a bathtub. The food was average and the variety wasn't great. It's in the same building as Ciputra Mall, close to Central Park and the MTA. Overall 8.5/10.
