This hotel was terrible. Room soo old an soo small. I expect more for breakfast⦠And! Breakfast also terrible for 5 star hotel and Swiss Bell management. This is the worse swiss bell hotel that I ever stay! Staff on restaurant soo unfriendly especial the guy who prepare the omelette today Dec, 8th 2021. Fried rice bad, Chicken salty, omelette terrible, sausage also terrible taste! At least you have 1 menu that I can eat !

The hotel is nice, clean and well maintained, the room has a bathtub and hot water runs smoothly, when you have breakfast and there is no room, Mbak Fitri immediately finds a table and is also served by Mas Pujo. Thank you for the prompt & friendly service. Next time definitely visit here again ππ».

Staying 3 nights at this hotel is very happy. Always stay here if you go to Semarang, because the location is really strategic. Connecting with the mall also makes it easy if you want to eat. Explore the Simpang Lima area, you just need to cross it. The staff are all friendly and fast. The rooms are comfortable and have complete facilities. That price already got a room with a very affordable bathtub. The breakfast is delicious and always changing, so you don't get bored. The minus is that every time I go there the swimming pool is always right for repair, so I haven't tried swimming at this hotel yet. Hopefully if you go there again you can use the swimming pool. π

Overall nice comfortable and clean. Only the restaurant and parking are not spacious. Breakfast time feels full the restaurant.

The accommodation is suitable for family or business vacations, the location is in the heart of the city, access to the mall is like having Doraemon, there are connecting doors everywhere, it's easy. Good food, friendly service, just sakporeeee poll mantep.
