the room is clean, direct access to mall from the lobby. service was good, parking was abysmal. This hotel is smokers paradise because they divide the breakfast area smoking and non smoking. all & all, I do not regret choosing this hotel and had a great stay!

My family feel happy to stay at Hotel Ciputra Semarang. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was also good. The most important thing is their location, in the central of Semarang and connected directly with the mall.

We love stay at Ciputra Hotel Simpang Lima. Their service is really 5 stars level & their food is de best & their room is great. The way they treat all their guests with good manners & attitude, only one thing that they need to pay attention on is their towels. Perhaps their towels was not really dry when they folded. So it 's leave not good smell. We will definitely going back & stay in Ciputra Hotel Simpang Lima Semarang, 👍🏻.

The hotel offer ease of Acces and classic ambience, there are several area to improves, such as tydiness, or attention toward small convenience details in bathroom, nevertheless we will look forward for the Improvement next time we go to Semarang.

Quite old hotel but the service overall good. And near with Ciputra Mall on Ground Floor (similar with lobby). For food they service Indomie as one of the menu!

The hotel was located at the very central of Semarang City. It was very close to everywhere. The price was reasonable and affordable.
