The staffs are friendly. Location is perfect, in front of Transmart. Room is clean. Air conditioner function is well. Foods are tasty and varies. Parking lot has quite space. But the wifi in the room cannot be accessed.

While the guest want to check in at 12.30 that was before 14.00. That was fine but while want to put the luggage that seem. Ignore the luggage just stay there no one look after to the luggage room.

I was very impressed with the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were excellent. The hotel is located in a central location, close to many of the city's attractions. It is also within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. The rooms at Hotel Dafam Pekalongan are spacious and well-appointed. They include all the amenities you would expect from a four-star hotel, such as air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, a minibar, and a coffee maker. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Dafam Pekalongan. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pekalongan. Pros. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent facilities. Central location. Extensive breakfast buffet. Cons. None that I could find. Overall. I highly recommend Hotel Dafam Pekalongan to anyone visiting Pekalongan. It is a great hotel with a lot to offer its guests.

Unsatisfactory service starting from the reception to the receptionist until leaving. The bathroom needs to be renovated, the AC needs to be repaired and the ceramic floor also needs repair.

Room was cleaned but the lights in the room is dim and not well lighted especially in the toilet. Lack power points in the room. These were the areas to be improved by Dafam Pekalongan. However room was comfortable. I will use Dafam Pekalongan in my next visit.
