Very disappointing! The receptionist asked for a towel, just answered sarcastically, he said he had to charge again, then in the end I said no, so how come he answered okay and immediately turned off the phone! Very disrespectful! The towels also smell very fishy! Not recommended!

Thank to the hospitality from front officer and security guard. But maybe check to publish rate from the hotel again, it ' s more cheaper, same rate or more higher. Due went we check publish rate it ' s more lower than app. Overall good place for stay 1 or 2 nights only, walking distance to alun-alun, mall. Easy find for foods and beverage ' s.

Rooms and comfort are okay, the staff is friendly, but there are drawbacks. The plug is too far away, there is no tissue in the bathroom, the toilet when flushed is not clean, the AC is not very cold.

The location is in the city center. It's nice to go anywhere close... the place is quite comfortable, not noisy, the air conditioning is cool~ the breakfast menu is rich in rames, endog vegetable rice. Do you want to have nasgor or fried chicken?

Recommended to be used as lodging when stopping in Purwokerto, because the location is very strategic. No fear of hunger or lack of personal equipment.

The location is in the center of the city, near places to eat. Close to alun alun and rita mall. To the station is also at least 10 minutes. Friendly service for breakfast. Bring children under 5 years, there is no additional cost. There's an elevator. Clean rooms are nice and comfortable. In the morning the car was cleaned. Very good.
