The room is quite good for that price, the most annoying thing is the "service" which is very very bad and annoying. I booked for my parents, I came to the hotel to meet them, at the receptionist it was informed that guests would be a maximum of 30 minutes more than that must leave. I asked about this rule that was not informed at the beginning, the receptionist said that not all rules must be informed to the customer, I had quite a long debate about this strange rule because before booking the hotel I asked the hotel first and there was no strange information like this. The strangest hotel I have ever booked. If the hotel reads this, please inform all the strange rules so that there is no dispute with the customer. Thank you

Sprei nya sudah dekil seperti tidak diganti dan sesudah diganti pun tidak ada bedanya. Kasur dan bantal keras sekali. Harus nya pihak hotel memperhatikan hal penting tersebut. Kamar juga berisik suara kipas dari balkon depan.
