We had a pleasant stay here, we got a comfy bed, clean room, personally love the old hotel ambience. The hotel provided good amenities, enjoyed the bath with hot water, internet connection was good, staff was helpful and hassle-free check-in and out. Haven't tasted anything food-wise, but we're sure they got a good food selection. Will be back if we are around the area.

The toilet wouldn't flush, the room was dirty and dusty, the hotel was old and poorly maintained, the air conditioning was very weak and didn't work. The service was poor and very minimal. Far below the standard of a typical hotel.

First, this hotel looks shabby and old. For a price above 500,000 Rupiah, the service, cleanliness, and environment should be commensurate with the price. I'll list the hotel's shortcomings below. 1. The basement is rundown and smells of an old building. 2. The elevator has an exposed technical panel (worried about children pressing it randomly). 3. The hallway carpet is stained and covered in dust. 4. Several light switches in the room don't work. 5. The carpet in the room is dusty. 6. The bathtub curtain is moldy and stained, and the bathtub plug is missing. 7. The room has very minimal air conditioning (not an AC unit, but a ventilation AC), so the room still feels hot. 8. The Wi-Fi is unusable (no internet connection). I checked with the receptionist, but they called a technician to the room instead (?). 9. The room phone has no extension list. (I should try to press which button) But I'll try to be fair. The positives are: 1. Strategic location, easy to get around the city center. 2. Free parking (actually a necessity), confirm your parking ticket with the receptionist. 3. Food is typical of a restaurant, and I give the dessert cake a thumbs up. 4. Staff are quite friendly. If you feel my comments are disparaging to the hotel, please contact me directly and I'll prove you wrong. For a price above 500,000 Rupiah, I have higher expectations.

The hotel is close to food and eateries. If you need urgent transportation, you can easily walk. Although it's close to the main road, the peaceful atmosphere is still felt. Cleanliness and tidiness need to be improved. The hotel may be old, but cleanliness and maintenance are better. Wi-Fi is available, but it frequently disconnects and the internet connection is slow.

The hotel is nice and luxurious but it's a shame that it's like living in a state of reluctance to die, lacking maintenance and interior renovation... lower the price to 200k-300k so that all the rooms are filled and the facilities are in line with the requirements.

To protect privacy, I didn't take photos, but I just suggest that you pay attention to the cleanliness of the equipment. For example, the bathroom towels were dirty and still in use, the room smelled of cigarettes even though I requested no smoking, and the hotel facilities need to be renovated. All the staff were excellent.

Maybe it's too old, doesn't match the description anymore, doesn't match the photo either. The AC is hot and stuffy, there are cockroaches in the room, the carpet is dusty, maybe it's rarely vacuumed so it smells, the hot water doesn't work, after changing rooms it's still the same until I'm too lazy to go back and forth to the receptionist, the phone to the receptionist is never answered, the kettle and glasses in the room are covered in ants, who knows if they've been washed or not. It's really unpleasant, luckily the price is not expensive so it's just for the first and last time. Thanks Kaisarr! At least the check-in and check-out process is easy, no deposit, ID card, etc. The female staff are friendly.
