Hotel kusma is located in a hilly area so the air is cool. The room is clean. Friendly staff. The room rental price is affordable. Near the fruit and flower market. Parking for cars is spacious, near Alfamart and Indomaret.

The room was clean, comfortable, and the right size. The facilities were also okay, hot water was smooth, the AC was cold, and the bed was soft. The hotel staff were also friendly and responsive when asking to borrow a kettle and ashtray.

The location is indeed close to Alun2 Bandungan, but the accommodation is very lacking. Coffee/tea and hot water cooker are not provided, hot water is unstable, there is not a single plug in the room, although there are many plugs in the living room. The first night of staying, the lights went out, I reported it but no one came, after a few minutes, they turned it on by themselves because there is a meter in every 3 rooms. Breakfast food is very ordinary and not varied, the first day of staying the chicken was finished without any addition, there was only soto and fried food, like a budget hotel breakfast. and worse, they were given moldy bread. if you want to order food at 20.00 the order is already closed. Ugly and dirty towels, the bathroom is not clean.

Old hotel but has been slightly renovated. The rooms are spacious and clean. The furniture is a bit old but well maintained and comfortable. The new building is next door, Terra casa. But the rooms are smaller and more expensive. Kusma hotel is ok for family groups. Will be back 🤗

kusma hotel is close to alun2 so there are many choices of food and activities and it is close to several entertainment areas around. but unfortunately one of the beds was not cleaned properly so my body was itchy

The hotel is located on the main highway and very close to the Bandungan town square. The family type hotel rooms are spacious (there are 3 rooms with 1 living room and 1 bathroom). There is no AC because the air is already cool. The wifi is not very strong. There is no hot water, so it's quite chilly if you take a shower at night or bring small children. The hotel staff are friendly and responsive to guest complaints or requests. A heating thermos is provided if guests make a request. There is a swimming pool suitable for those on vacation with children. Vehicle parking is quite sufficient, available in front of the room.

I happened to stay in the front room, it was very noisy because it was close to the highway. The water drainage in the bathroom was not smooth so the bathroom which should have dried quickly became like a flood, but the hotel staff were very friendly.

The room is spacious, it's just that the room is stuffy because there are no windows... And we just found out that some rooms have AC and some don't... The atmosphere is cold, the room is cold, the swimming pool is also OK The food is delicious.. Ok lah The wifi is not good...
