Hotel Mama Syariah at Ruko Kutajaya

The staff is hard to contact, the water went out at night. When I woke up for sahur there was no water, even when I peed I cleaned it with Aqua water.

This is enough for 1 night transit, in fact, there are towels, toothbrushes and toothpaste but no soap. The AC is cold, the door is secure, but the size is small in my opinion. There is a blanket. This is for those who need to stay for 1 night if they are tired on the road and are too lazy to go back home so everything fits.

When I arrived at the reception I pressed the bell several times for about 20 minutes, then the master came, he said he had just come from the shop to buy snacks, I only entered the room for 2 minutes and cancelled, I had already booked for 2 days, I couldn't ask for a refund, the room was musty like the warehouse door hasn't been opened for 1 year, when I opened the door, the AC was on with a temperature setting of 24° but it wasn't cold at all and I turned it down to 16° and it was still the same, the officer said it was normal for the AC to be cold for a long time because it was half PK, because it was musty, I asked for air freshener. instead I was sprayed with mosquito repellent as much as possible, asked to change to a better room, he said there wasn't any, full excuse, even though there wasn't even 1 guest, really, I was disappointed if possible, I asked for my money back because I didn't stay overnight at all, I just opened the room door for 2 minutes, and additionally in the application it said there was a terrace, in fact there wasn't, my info was that the receptionist pointed me to room 203. And please, I only think based on my experience and my dissatisfaction, because I paid for the accommodation to rest, it doesn't have to be luxurious, but at least decent. NB, the positive reviews here, it seems like it's just a game of people creating new accounts, just to increase the rating.
