The staff at the front desk and restaurant are friendly, and the security guards are also friendly to all guests, regardless of vehicle type. Parking is also secure. The location is next to Superindo, so you can shop for necessities nearby. There's also a coffee shop, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee nearby. Wi-Fi in the rooms and restaurant is also fast. The price is also right.

The location is good, easy access, close to the supermarket. The rooms are spacious enough. The only downside is that the AC in the room wasn't cold enough. There's no AC in the hallway, and the breakfast area isn't cool either. Suggestion: The carpet in the hallway is looking worn and needs replacing. Another suggestion: Breakfast should be served warm... yesterday's chicken porridge was cold. But overall, it was a pleasant stay at the Neo Candi Hotel. Thanks.

We understand how important comfort and safety are to every guest, and we regret to hear about the inconvenience you experienced regarding the missing wallet from your car. As a form of responsibility, the hotel has communicated directly with you via phone and WhatsApp to express our apologies and provide an explanation of the results of our investigation. We have also sent you CCTV footage of the car valeting process, and the results showed no suspicious actions by our staff. Furthermore, there is no direct evidence that the wallet was taken by our staff. Based on the information we received, there was a three-day gap between your check-out time from the hotel on September 25, 2025, and the time you realized the wallet was missing from your car on September 28, 2025. Nevertheless, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We also want to emphasize that the hotel is always ready to assist you should you require further support or information at any time. Overall, the service was good. However, the receptionist and bellboy were unresponsive when I called for help carrying things. I thought there was an event going on, but it turned out to be quiet and the bellboy was busy chatting.
