Not good for a stopover, staff service is friendly

The hotel is behind Bintaro Plaza, located inside a shophouse. The place is comfortable and the service is good. However, regarding the additional price on holidays and weekends, please update it to other sales applications. Apart from that, it's okay.

My first stay at Super Oyo Hotel Bintaro was so-so. The room was so-so. The AC wasn't cold enough, and the sheets were just ordinary sheets and dirty. It was pretty good for the price of 200.

Already booked & paid in full through the app, still asked for additional fees on the grounds of the weekend. The roof of the room was leaking, there was water dripping.

TV doesn't work, towels aren't available, they said they're out of stock, AC is really bad, it's not cold at all, it's like using a fan.. there's an additional fee of 20 thousand when checking in.. expensive but the facilities are not satisfactory..!!

This is the second time I have transited here, the service and facilities are in accordance with the price,

According to the price, it's good even though there are some notes: - The room was just prepared (cleanliness) when the guest came to check in, even though I arrived at 8 pm, the room should have been ready since 2 pm. - There were no blankets and towels. - The bathroom was basic and narrow. - For those who just rest for a few hours, the facilities are still understandable, because I got a promo price below 100k. - Maybe next time I will stay here again with a room that is more expensive so I can compare it with the room I booked. Hopefully the service can be better. thank you.

It was quite clean when we arrived, not like the reviews. The sheets were also clean, there were towels even though they weren't used, but there wasn't enough doormats, the staff were friendly. But in the middle there was cigarette smoke, because the room was air-conditioned and maybe cigarette smoke from outside entered the room so I, who can't stand cigarette smoke, felt stuffy with the smoke mixed in the air-conditioned room.

This is my first time in this hotel, it's already so noisy early in the morning, I don't know what they're doing, arguing or laughing😏

The AC is not cold at all so the room is very hot. There are no bath towels.

The room cleanliness was lacking, what was worse was that the AC was not cold at all, there were no towels available, when asked for them the answer was no with the excuse that they were still in the laundry, not recommended at all.

I tried to stay here to prove the bad recommendation from the review. It turned out to be true and proven to be bad. First. My 130 thousand reservation. Was upgraded to 225 thousand with the reason that it was full. How is that possible. Second. The 1x1.5 toilet room is combined into a bathroom. How can the shower be above the closet. Even though 225 is a VIP class. Shabby pillows. The sheets are shabby in color. Narrow room. The table trash can is full of cigarette burns. Cleanliness is neglected. My advice is Traveloka or other applications do not cooperate with hotels like this. It will disappoint members who are trapped by the promo price. The photos are just a trick. I booked for 2 days but rushed to check out in the morning. That's what I actually experienced. Thanks.

During this stay, the worst accommodation. From the receptionist who was not friendly. The room was dirty, the trash was not thrown away, the sheets were not changed, there was no proper cell phone plug and no TV channels.
