Very rude, he said he didn't work with Traveloka, I was the one who intended to stay in the room to do my assignment, so I wasted money on Gojek there, and had to look for another room.. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! REGRET IT

I was very disappointed to choose this place for a day's stay. The environment was uncomfortable and it didn't really fit the description of a hotel. It was more like a boarding house.

The room is spacious, but it's hard to sleep. The spring bed is just the spring, sleeping on top of the spring. The shower head is leaking, the exhaust is broken, the floor is quite clean but there are a lot of cobwebs on the ceiling.

Advice for hotel owners. Please, if possible, if the room price starts at 200, set it at 200, don't end up setting a cheap price and when we want to check in we are asked to pay more. It would be a shame if the person who wants to stay doesn't bring money. Luckily we brought it yesterday. If not, we would be the ones who lose. We can't get a refund and we can't stay. In the end, we're gone. For the room, the suggestion is to give a blanket. Because the AC is sometimes hard to turn down and it's hot when you turn it off. The rest is okay.
