The staff at the front, mas, I really don't know, order + pay h-7 for 2 people, you could say the room is full, there must be a game of taking advantage of yourself, please take action, okay? Ordered on the spot because it was more expensive than the one in the application, then I was given a single one without compensation 😡 even though I ordered the wrong one last week, the single said it couldn't be done together, it kept getting charged 100 thousand, already confirmed and waiting, suddenly it's not allowed because the boss came, then just as he was about to leave, he said he could park it if he added 100, when I saw that the boss had left, you really did, bro 😡.

For 2 people, towels only get 1 hot water, it doesn't work, then there is no shampoo plus a toothpaste toothbrush. But if the room is okay, the AC is also okay.

Order 4 rooms for 3 days, we ordered 2 days in advance which were double bad (already paid), on the H day we said there was only 1 double bed and 3 single beds because the room was used by another guest, the price was the same, there was no responsibility in the complaint. Because we have activities and it's impossible to move, we finally took it and on the last day we planned to check out at 11, at 6 am the electricity went out, the tokens ran out, told the receptionist many times from 6 am to 11 am the electricity was still not charging. Outrageous no responsibility at all.

The room I live in is comfortable, the air conditioner is also cold, but the bathroom on the 2nd floor is very small, the staff is not enthusiastic, I have to ask the receptionist for towels.
