Dirty room, dirty bed, dusty chair, I felt disgusted just sitting there because it was so dirty, I just came in and checked out less than 20 minutes after I arrived.

I am a traveler, I have often checked in and out of accommodations. Unfortunately, Gayatri is in the top 3 worst accommodations I have ever had. I have paid the price in the app in cash, but when I arrived at the location I was asked to add 50 thousand, the reason being that the price in the app did not match the original price (it should be updated). Cleanliness is very lacking, 0 facilities for a price of 200k per night without soap, shampoo, etc. The room is very dirty and smelly. The drawers are full of cigarette butts. I complained but the response was very indifferent, even though I had told them that if the accommodation continues like this, it will definitely close. Hopefully the owner will immediately improve or close this accommodation, so that there are no further victims.

It turned out that the location was in a small alley and like a boarding house with a high gate and a security post. It doesn't look like a hotel in general. When I arrived, the gate was closed, the security post was empty, there was no doorbell. Knocking on the gate, no response. Canceled my stay, had to stay at another hotel. Asked for a refund through Traveloka, rejected by the hotel. Checked the reviews on Google Maps, it turns out there have been many similar cases. Scam hotel.

Worst stay experience. When checking in, they asked for an additional fee of 60 thousand rupiah. This hotel is really extortionist. Not recommended to visit, and the room is also mediocre. Regret staying here, the price is not according to the application because there is extortion from the parking attendant.

Overall satisfactory with competitive prices, the location is easy to find, the rooms are clean and spacious, the facilities function as they should. The only drawback is that if you stay here at 12 at night, the pager is locked and in the morning at 6, the gate is opened. Even better if each stay is given a pager key as well as a set with a room key.

The bathroom is dirty, garbage is piled under the bed, the room is cleaned every 3 days and if you just ask, it's more like a boarding house, there are no drinking water facilities.

Lumayan buat istirahat, sayang ga ada teko listrik buat bikin kopi, air minum juga ga ada.
