Pay again outside the application, even though recently there has been a lot of talk about the rule that customers who have paid in full in the application no longer have any payment matters with the hotel.

The bathroom smells of urine, the sink pipe is leaking, the sheets used by someone else that have been used and not replaced still have dirt stains.
