The room smells musty, the toilet is clogged, the shower is broken, the floor is cracked, gosh. It's so frustrating coming to this hotel. When you arrive, you are asked for additional money, you book 3 nights, you only get 2 nights. Highly not recommended.

The accommodation is bad, the price on the application is only 80, why when we arrived at the accommodation, the staff asked for 150. Not to mention the service is lacking. Everything about this accommodation is bad. This is the first and last time.

1. The hotel refused the reservation via online even though it was already paid for. Finally the receptionist asked for an additional 50 thousand on the spot. 2. The bathroom door is broken, can't be closed. 3. The bathroom faucet is broken. 4. Guests are given wet towels.

I came to check-in, guess? 21.30, at check-in there is a price difference from the receptionist application, Oyo immediately says deluxe rooms, No, the price is Rp. 121,000, I have to pay the excess 29. B0-but I didn't agree, finally the room was given to me. For the room it was ok but the service was very bad, I called many times to complain because the hot water did not turn on but there was no answer, and likewise when I called the clerk didn't come, and finally I decided to check out earlier.
