Checked in at 3 in the morning after a 5 hour journey, the condition was not healthy, the room on the 3rd floor brought a child with 2 suitcases, when I asked for help to lift the suitcases the male receptionist pretended not to hear, even though the distance was only 1 meter, finally asked for help from the same person the brothers sitting in front of Oyo. Just one night to stay here. It's just not appropriate to be in the app.

Not very good, but not bad either. Standard at that price. We entered the room, it smelled good. The bathroom has functioning water but there is no warm water. Yes, that's good. It's okay to just sleep for one night.

The room is clean, the bathroom is also clean and spacious, the shower is heavy. But the receptionist is a bit dirty, doesn't smile even though the service should smile. I booked from 3 days before I got to the 3rd floor and I was tired when I went up.

Stafnya sangat sangat tidak ramah, aturannya ribet, kalo ada yang rusak dtanggung pengunjung, tapi kenyataannya banyak yang pada dasarnya rusak, kayak remot AC lemotnya minta ampun, udah ganti 2x masih saja sama, hati-hati buat pengunjung yang ga periksa barang-barang. Yang perempuan jaga sangat jutek dan tidak ramah, nanyain kiblat aja, jawabannya ketus, sangat-sangat tidak enak didengar, nyesel nginap di sini, lain kali ga mau nginap lagi di sini,

When checking in, the receptionist is not friendly and shampoo and soap are not provided in the bathroom, you have to buy it again at the reception. Luckily the comforter android television was in the room.
