As of August 31, it is under renovation and has been temporarily moved to OYO 2402 on Jalan Permadi. Overall, it is okay for just resting, the location is relatively easy to reach and reaches other city tourist spots.

the mother is very friendly, the downside is that the location has moved because it is being renovated so it is a bit difficult to find the new place because the name is not visible from the side of the road

Not according to expectations, the accommodation was renovated without prior notice, the bathroom is outside the room, where everything inside is spooky and creepy.

Really recommended for single travelers, those with minimal funds and want to be close to the city, the location is strategic and the owner is friendly. The suggestion is to add a WC so that the queue doesn't take too long, because the outside WC is not the inside WC.

His mother and father are friendly. Feels like home. Location near smart park. But the rooms are poorly maintained. The bathroom smells of urine. When I booked the AC when I arrived, there wasn't any, so I replaced the fan. The fan is dirty

Strategic location, the AC is cold (KM is still outside) near Indomaret, near Soto Kliwir, PKK stall which tastes + prices are suitable for backpackers. The parents are very housekeeping. Advice: don't just cover the paintings between the rooms for ventilation, at least put plywood so that the noise from the neighbors doesn't enter the room.

More of a simple boarding house with a fairly clean outside bathroom. If it's just for a place to rest that can be said to be cheap, please try it. The plus of this place is the old man and woman who guard it are friendly.
