The bed frame made people bump into it repeatedly until my right and left legs were blue and my husband and children were bumped too 😅. The bedcover was worn out and torn 😂. The shabby towels in the room were dusty, but the AC was okay and really cold.

The best hotel in Pati, the room size is quite spacious and clean, and the location is in the middle of the city which makes it easy to go anywhere, there are quite a lot of breakfast food choices, only the parking space is limited, but there is a separate parking lot next to the hotel.. so far its ok..👍

first time I want to review the hotel Because disappointed, the room was dusty, the wifi was really slow, couldn't sleep until 2 am because the karaoke sound leaked into the room, when I called the receptionist in the morning, they were rude, no explanation or apology for the inconvenience. The breakfast menu was not delicious. I ate fried rice with egg, but it was not delicious either.

please fix the bathroom because if you bring small children, it is easy to slip because the bathroom leaks and the water comes out.. the food is also not very varied and there is a fishy smell when I make hot tea, I don't know whether it's from a glass or what, the tea also seems stale because the taste is a bit strange... the coconut chicken is also a bit stale and the taste is also strange... the room is also not soundproof, my rest is disturbed because in the middle of the night there is the sound of the TV still on in the next room and there are also people shouting for the check-in and check-out process. Okay, the customer service and security are friendly.
