I had an amazing staycation here. Booked deluxe king and the room is really spacious. Very comfortable. But for me, the breakfast is just so-so😅 I usually stayed in 3-star hotel and I expect more for a 4-star hotel.

A very welcoming & pleasant stay during Ramadhan. A clean room with enough amenities & great service from the staff. Their Iftar menu is extensive, and the Sahoor menu was delicious.

Love to stay here because it is very bear from The Breeze. Connected with ICE BSD, we can use it to jogging and simple sports. The room also quite big & for sure it is so clean.

1 night staycation with family, we had a great experience, the room is big enough for us and its also clean and tidy. The breakfast was OK and the staff was very nice and helpful.

- parking lot is not provided well prepared by hotel. The same spot parking lot for giias event so hotel cannot guarantee their own guest for parking lot. So dissapointed.- register at hotel 11 am, we leave our stuff so they can put in our room when the room is ready. When we arrived again at hotel, our stuff still at lobby. They not process our check in. I am so disappointed. 🥲 I get my room at @4pm. The reception not helping. Please manage your staff for the hospitality. Most of the staff ignore my complaints. Definitely will not come back to this hotel

Came here in order to go to BBW, don't regret it because it's really close. There are two types of swimming pool depths. You can request a bassinet or baby cot for your baby, the check-in process is really fast. The rooms are nice and clean.

The service is good, the rooms are clean & spacious, the bathrooms are complete & functioning well. The breakfast is delicious, the swimming pool is clean. Children & wife enjoy staying at this hotel, close to the mall & its strategic location

The first time I stayed here because I wanted to watch a concert, the service was the best 💯 even though it was very crowded, everyone was still smiling & friendly. The variety of food is also many & delicious. Rooms are spacious & comfortable.
