Good hotel with affordable price, I stayed 2 nights here, I didn't expect the hotel to be nice and beautiful, the only downside was that on the first day there was a renovation so it was noisy and I don't know why the TV wouldn't turn on when it was off, because when I arrived the TV was turned on by the staff but when I turned it on myself it wouldn't work. But overall everything was good, worth it

twice in a hotel, first, while relaxing someone knocked to deliver food, said I didn't order, then kept going back and forth until I got to the receptionist's phone, even though I already said I didn't order, then second, while taking a shower, someone knocked on the door without asking permission + like banging, when I came out there was no one, it was really disturbing, even if they were checking the room, the hotel employee should know which rooms are occupied or not, so they don't just knock, then the bath water had black dirt :(

very friendly service, comfortable environment, clean rooms, delicious food at standard prices, comfortable parking. next will recommend this place. good luck for the future, hopefully it will be better. in the future it will be an option to stay here again

It's really comfortable to stay here. Stayed because I needed a place to wait for the morning train ticket in Jember. The price is economical but the quality of service is really comfortable 😍

The hotel staff was very friendly and quick to respond when the AC was not cold enough, the AC team immediately went to the scene, maybe because when we stayed the air in Jember was very hot so the AC didn't work. Only the pillows needed to be replaced, it was obvious that they weren't hotel pillows.

This hotel is homely. Comfortable atmosphere, lots of plants only. But it's time to change and maintain the pillows and so on and for me in the non-smoking room there is still the smell of the smoking room so it was uncomfortable (the hotel is old but well maintained) the parking area is also OK, you can access it here and there. The waiter is also OK.

I've stayed at the Sulawesi Hotel twice. Overall, it's really nice. Very clean. Comfortable. Not noisy. Close to everywhere. Indomart in front of the hotel. If you want to go to the ATM, BCA cash store, walk 4 minutes to the right of the hotel. There's an Indomart. There's also food at night. Lots of friendly staff. The receptionist and the rooms are really good. clean, cold AC, just comfortable.
