Very disappointing, I stayed in a suite type for almost 500 thousand. The bathroom really smells, no towels, tissue or toiletries are provided at all. For that price, it is very, very disappointing.

Pengalam buruk di salah satu hotel di Probolinggo. Jadi hotel ini punya 2 nama. Begitu sampai tempatnya di cek nama belum terdaftar padahal udah booking online. Buat 3mlam Rp. 969.571 di aplikasi. Id nunggu hampir 15mnitan. Begitu udah di cek yang harusnya dapet type deluxe jadi turun derajat jadi type superior dengan alesan harga yang superior bukan sgitu harus nambah. Nah di sini udah mulai emosi kalo harganya beda bukan urusan. Customer itu kan udah kerja sama. Dengan aplikasi. Id jadi cusmoter. Bayar dengan harga aplikasi. Bukan dengan harga langsung. Dateng ke hotelnya. Akhirnya cs nya manggil teamnya yang satu lagi dan disitu complaint lagi dan akhirnya setuju untuk dapet type deluxe. Ada satu hal yang bikin jengkel lagi entah itu manager atau pemilik hotel, sambil duduk di belakang cs nya bilang dengan bahasa Jawa, "kalo gak mau udah biarin aja " di situ udah jengkel lagi dan memustukan buat cek kamar diu finaly nyoba ke kamar yang deluxe dan begitu buka pintu masuk kamar creepy banget dalemnya bener-bener hotel tua dari perabotan duduk 15menit langsung check out lagi please. Id pilih hotel yang bener-bener recommended.
