Friendly staff, clean bedrooms and bathrooms, smooth shower water, smooth wifi, towels and toiletries provided, free breakfast too. There is free hot water for coffee and you can fill up with mineral water 👍 Spacious parking lot, the hotel's position is close to the city center/strategic, I will definitely stay here again if I go to Purwokerto

This is a comfortable hotel, and the staff is very kind and friendly, huhuhu. I really enjoyed staying here, even staying for 3 nights while I was on my way home. Breakfast is delivered every morning, and the price is really worth it.

The room was actually comfortable, but the problem was that it wasn't soundproof, so you could still hear the neighbors shuffling chairs and chatting. They kept requesting breakfast delivered at 7am, but it was always late. Even two times it wasn't delivered, it was the same as not getting breakfast even though you paid for the hotel per night plus breakfast for two adults. If you can't get it delivered, please tell us about it and give us a notice or something like that in the evening. Don't just keep quiet like this. It's a loss for the bookie.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the location is strategic, only 5-10 minutes to the town square/lotus tower. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, the room is also clean. I got two towels, toiletries were provided. I forgot what else I got, but I only used the soap. I brought everything else myself. Breakfast was fried rice, which was delicious. I also got tea. It was great. In room 205, the bathroom floor is raised in the middle. So some of the water flows into the drain and some collects in front of the door. This technician is at fault. Next time I come to Purwokerto...

Clean, tidy, TV + remote, fan, free Wi-Fi, free breakfast, towels + toiletries available in mini sizes. Thank God, there were no issues whatsoever. The staff were all friendly. For a hotel priced at 100,000++, it's okay, even though the breakfast was only a bit pricey 😁😚

The AC is noisy when it's set but it's cold, there's no hot water, it doesn't feel warm, the faucet spray is leaking, I ordered a large bed but they didn't give me twins, the towels stuck to my body when I used them, the receptionist was friendly and the staff were quick to respond.
