Very disappointed, there is no policy whatsoever to allow early check-in JUST 30 MINUTES.. happened to have arrived since before 1. Even though from the beginning when asked the room was ready, I needed to use the bathroom immediately and the child was very tired. I left the hotel and lost because I was very tired and needed to clean up. For the receptionist, it would be better not to giggle so much, when there are guests waiting and asking back and forth if early check-in is possible because it's urgent, honestly it adds to the annoyance.

Nice hotel but unfortunately, to check in you have to wait until exactly 2 o'clock before being given the room key. We were tired, we arrived at half past 1 and still had to wait until exactly 2 o'clock, and in the lobby several people were also waiting for the same thing, they had to arrive exactly at 2 o'clock in the afternoon.

Jamboo Budget Hotel The service is very friendly, with all the staff responsive and attentive, always greeting you. The rooms are comfortable, clean, spacious, and the beds are also comfortable. The view is beautiful, directly in front of the Ramayana. The location is very strategic, right in front of a shopping center and many dining options, truly convenient.

Please allow me to check in earlier, considering that I arrived in Kediri at 2 am, very tired and needed rest.. even though there were already several guests who checked out, but still checked in at 2 am.. please improve the service, don't make things difficult for guests, especially those from out of town because they need to rest and clean up.
