The hotel is better than I expected. The price range is a bit high to compare with any other hotels nearby, but worth a visit. I love the gym, hydro and sauna, room, but not a fan of the breakfast.

Very satisfied staying at JHL Solitaire. From the start, you were greeted with hospitality and a luxurious lobby. There is a welcome drink while waiting for the room, there are all restaurants in the hotel, from Chinese food, western and Italian food. The most fun is at breakfast. Where the food here is very diverse. The breakfast food is all there. Whatever you're looking for is there. From sushi, bread, noodles, kebuli rice, various kinds of porridge, honey to honeycomb, everything is there. First time trying honeycomb at JHL 🥰 really good breakfast here. Super complete! The most satisfying breakfast experience is at JHL. If you want the full menu. Come to the restaurant at 07.00. All food is guaranteed. Until putu served warm was there. The room is very comfortable and the curtains can be automatically opened and closed. I got the high floor on the 10th floor. So I can see the beautiful and beautiful view of Serpong from the 10th floor. I had an extraordinary experience at this JHL. For sure I will definitely come back to stay when I go to Serpong. The best is basically a 5 star hotel with 10 star facilities.

The first staycation with a baby. Initially, I was a bit doubtful because several times I saw reviews that said the service was not friendly. But what I experienced during my stay was the opposite. From the day before our stay, JHL had confirmed it to me via WA. Ask what my needs are because I have a request for birthday decorations and also an additional baby box. Then they also asked if there was a need, especially if there was a food/dust allergy. Anyway, make sure that we stay comfortably there. Assisted with checking in faster as well so that you don't have to wait long because you have a baby with you. I was helped by Ibu Sekar (thank you, Bu Sekar!). Then the next day, when we arrived we were greeted kindly in front of the lobby & the check-in process was smooth and fast without a hitch. Entering the room everything was in good condition, I got mirror art, towel art and also cake. When we invite children to swim, we are also very concerned. One of the staff there swiftly prepared additional towels for our baby who was swimming for fear of cold. Even though we haven't thought about asking for additional towels. Every time you meet the hotel staff, they all greet you in a friendly manner. And most importantly, the breakfast is all delicious. There is my favorite sashimi too. Thank you for a very satisfying staycation experience. Nothing disappoints my version. I will definitely come back again because I haven't tried the accquaree facility yet. Thank you JHL!

Staying here is super happy. The service was super friendly and I was happy that my room was upgraded because I was on my honeymoon with my husband. There are so many complementary, so it feels special. For sure you will come back here because it's true that nothing is not okay. ❤️

Want to come here again. The staff is all good. The breakfast is delicious. The pool view is good. Luxury rooms. The toilet is cool. Exterior is mevvah but unique.

It finally materialized to feel staying here after a long time going back and forth from the Serpong area. From the check-in process the service is very good, and other processes with very fast responses, also with amazing facilities, it's nice to stay here and want to come back again 😊
