The hotel was great and really worth the price. I asked for a take away breakfast since I could not come down to the resto, and the staff were really helpful to deliver it to my room. It tasted so good. The room was great and clean.

This is my 2nd stay, this time I stay in deluxe room, it's spacious and clean, it provides 2 desks and wardrobe. Breakfast is different each day, I like it. It's a great experience to stay here. Totally recommended if you want a comfy and affordable stay near ICE BSD.

My 2nd time staying at Joylive since the location is very strategic. If you're going to attend any events at ICE BSD, this hotel is the perfect choice since you can take the short route from the exit gate of Hall 10. The check in & check out process is very fast. The staff is also very nice & accommodating. The bedroom is clean and well-equipped with mini fridge, water heater, safety box. The AC & TV is also working well. They also provide basic toiletries inside the bathroom including towel. I will always recommend this hotel to my friends if they need a place to stay near ICE BSD. Thank you Joylive, I had a great time!😊

Security is responsive and sensitive to guests' belongings. Although the hotel appears small from the front, the rooms are quite spacious. There's a delicious and well-stocked food stall in front of the hotel. Suggestion: When cleaning the room after a guest checks out, please check the drawers under the desk. There were still many items stored there, from perfume to nail clippers, which made the guest a little uncomfortable. Overall, the hotel was nice and satisfactory.

The experience of staying here was really fun. The service was super good, the room was comfortable, clean, the bed was also soft, the bathroom had hot water, there was refillable water and also a mini fridge. The hotel was close to snack places, close to the student dormitory too, and in front of the hotel there was a food stall, a short walk forward and you could find snacks like cilor, egg rolls, and also ketoprak. For concerts at ICE BSD, it also took less than 15 minutes to walk. The road was also comfortable, not many vehicles passing by so it was safe to go home at night. If you want to go to AEON, it was also close, you could take an online taxi for only 5 minutes. Super duper good, can be made another choice if there is a concert at ICE BSD

This is my second time staying in this hotel. I picked this hotel because it is near ICE BSD, as it can be reached by walking distance. The experience overall during my stay was great. The only the issue I have from this stay was sound leak from across the room, especially from the shower.

Beside the location, it was good near ICE, cleanliness must be improve. I found the bottle filled with cigarette end behind the curtain! As i know all the rooms here are prohibited from smoking.

The elevator had no lights. The bathroom smell permeated the room. The bathroom window was open and smelly. The sheets were stained. The toilet was dirty and had traces of hair.

The hotel staff was friendly. I booked for Sunday, August 10th, but arrived Monday morning and was immediately assigned to a room on the second floor. The surrounding area was very convenient for a 5-night stay. Close to AEON Mall and ICE BSD City.
