Everything looks great. Good view with cozy environment. We have good meal too in their restaurant. But they should cleanup the bathroom cause unfortunately we've got broken toilet even though there is no issue while we are using it. Beside that watch out for the caterpillars hahaha because this area have a lot of big tree.

Our car was parked in the hotel parking lot, and we found out there are 3 scratches on it ' s door, and we have reported to the security and staff. We asked them to check on the CCTV since 11.30am to 6.44PM. No clear follow up nor response to this matter. The staff seemed so slow and chilled about it. No intention to solve the problem or given enlightment. Surely a not recommended hotel in term of safety and service.

Over my expectation, kamar super bersih no debu di lemari, meja/furniture lainnya di dlm kamr. Lantai kamar di pel dengan baik krn terasa kesat dan saya test usap dengn tissue warna tissue tetap putih tdk bernoda. Kamar mandi bersih, wangi, air panas berfungsi dengan baik, tekanan air stabil. Tingkat kenyamanan kasur firm cocok utk org dengan masalah back pain. Ada sewing kit yg jd nilai plus simple tp bisa berguna bagi yg tiba2 butuh. Breakfast, main buffet dan snack jajan pasar cocok dengan lidah saya, mungkin utk stand omelette rasa masih perlu diperbaiki. Semua staff ramah, helpful dan gercep. Dapat welcome massage 10 menit enak bgt, tp kyknya ga sampe 10 menit deh apa krn udh byk yg antri ya setelah saya hehe. Utk gelato menurut saya oversweet. Suasana resortnya hijau, teduh, dan damai. Malam ada live music lagunya enak2. Good job Kayuarum. I really enjoy my. Holiday.

Start from the hotel's gate I have welcomed by friendly staff. Staff in check in counter was also so friendly. Room is so unique with Javanese culture architecture. My kids love their green environment. Definitely will come back there again
