It's fun for a staycation because it's far from the crowds 👍

1. The water and electricity in the room were out of service, taking a long time to fix, and there was no generator. 2. The distance from the room to the parking lot is quite far and not suitable for people carrying a lot of luggage, the elderly, or children because the road is quite steep, slippery, and involves a small bridge, especially when it rains. 3. The room area, balcony, and bathroom were quite dirty and full of millipedes and small spiders. 4. The Wi-Fi and TV in the room didn't work. 5. The mattress was quite dirty. 6. Check-out time was 11 AM. Basically, the staff there informed me that the water and electricity were often out. When I checked in, I heard there was a power outage, and when I checked out, I experienced the same thing: a power outage that caused the water to stop working completely. When I informed the staff, they only apologized until I tried to use the bathroom outside the hotel room, where the staff who fixed the generator only arrived. It had been almost an hour since I was there, and check-out time was 11 AM.

An event with office friends at a private 4-BR villa with a pool. We were looking for an outdoorsy atmosphere, not just a luxurious place. We love the natural ambiance and the setting. Rooms: In dire need of maintenance. Many of the windows use window blinds, and all of them are broken/problematic. They can't be opened, making the room feel gloomy, dark, and stuffy (tending to be spooky). It's best to replace them with regular curtains so guests can enjoy the atmosphere. Air freshener is needed to reduce the dusty and musty smell. A thorough cleaning is necessary upon occupancy. The bathroom also feels gloomy. Kitchen: Not up to the standard of cleanliness for a multi-million dollar villa. The gas stove smell is quite strong. The kitchen set is dull, the tiles are damaged, and the lighting is poor. The shelves and cutlery feel dirty and dusty. Cutlery needs to be washed before use. Tissues and cleaning supplies need to be requested. Pools: Too much chlorine. There's only one pool chair and it's dirty. Breakfast: ONLY fried rice + some mendoan (spicy rice), and the fried rice had no flavor except for garlic. Staff: Unfriendly from the start, stiff. Upon check-in, you were required to leave your ID card and a 400,000 IDR deposit. There was only one staff member who was friendly and responsive. I added an extra bed, but they charged me directly via WhatsApp. Isn't it possible to pay at check-out, and it's possible to pay by phone? So why not just charge me at check-out? Nice place, nice location, strong setting, and well-designed. But urgent improvements in service, cleanliness, and staff friendliness are needed.

The resort atmosphere is comfortable and blends with nature, only the road to the room is a bit far up and down for the elderly, the cleanliness of the room is still dusty but the hot water is really good. So sad because the electricity keeps going out at night, they say it's because it's crowded with visitors 💁🏻‍♀️

The hotel environment is good. Only the suitability of the hotel facilities needs to be improved. Including the cleanliness of the environment. Overall a pleasant experience staying here, the environment is natural and quiet

The place is actually nice, but not well maintained.

This is one of the best place to stay! Staff, room, location, services, are all very great!

The hotel staff is friendly and responsive. The atmosphere and nuances around are very calm and comfortable to find peace. The downside is that there are no hotel staff on standby at the restaurant 24 hours, making it difficult for guests who stay because they have to go to the reception area which is quite a distance away. It's not yet 12.00 but there is already a reminder on WhatsApp regarding the checkout time, followed by staff who come to the room area just to remind you of the checkout time which is a bit disturbing.

The service is very friendly & available 24 hours, the rooms & accommodation environment are very neat & clean, there are many facilities that can be enjoyed, coincidentally staying on Sunday so I could join a yoga class in the morning, the atmosphere is very natural, suitable for those who want to get away from the noise.

Actually, just improving the cleanliness around the hotel, a well-maintained garden, a well-maintained swimming pool, will add positive value to this accommodation, honestly this is the most comfortable accommodation in Jogja, really far from the noise, indeed the location is far from the city and is in the middle of rice fields,

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the place is comfortable, very suitable for a short escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the rooms are fragrant and clean plus the air is cool and in the evening there is the sound of gamelan which makes you feel even more happy ❤️❤️

Memilih menginap di sini dengan harga 500rb an itu karena lihat di medsos estetik banget, seperti nuansa Bali lah ya. Dekat sungai, suasana pedesaan, sawah. Cuma nyatanya ini hotel sayang sekali sudah tidak terawat. Kolam renang yang kotor tidak bisa dipakai, sungai yang kotor tidak mengalir, kolam taman kotor, staff yang sedikit. Untuk kamar yang aku pakai di tipe twin bed lumayan bersih, kamar mandinya aja yang agak bau lembab, TV sudah android, disediakan teh kopi air mineral dan teko pemanas. Ada teras kamar yang nyaman, day bed. Sejauh ini untuk kamar ga ada masalah. Untuk menghubungi staff kita nanti di kasih nomor whatsapp. Untuk tamu yang menginap di hotel ini cuma ada 2 pasangan, jadi semakin spooky 😄🙏. Untuk info mending jangan booking hotel di sini yang untuk family (harga 1jutaan). Karena kolam tidak dibersihkan dan kotor banget. Sungguh sangat disayangkan. Terima kasih.

The hotel is quite pleasant, very cool, the rooms are fragrant and clean even though there are no tissues, the balcony is very pleasant because children can freely play around the hotel, there is a stream that can be a place for children to play because the water is clean, and a pool pool with a very beautiful view. The minuses, the resort is a bit lacking in maintenance, there has been damage here and there, and the restaurant is closed maybe because of Covid, so you can only rely on gofood or Grabfood. Overall, it's nice.

The lights went out for quite a while, the resort area was dirty and neglected, the road had a lot of moss so it was easy to slip.
