This is my second time staying here, the area around the hotel is very complete, close to BNI, CIMB banks, and there are also many minimarkets around the hotel, the gym equipment is also complete and good, it's rare to find a hotel like this.. very good service, the hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, even though I was like a crumpled motorcycle taxi driver entering the hotel, I was greeted... so the staff is okay.. also recommended if you want to stay there with your family, the price is also worth it..

This is my first time staying at KJHOTEL, the impression is very bad.
For a 4-star hotel, the cleanliness of the bathroom is very lacking, especially since the shower only has 1 shower hand.
It's annoying to see the edge of the sink full of crust and mold, even though it can be cleaned with Prostex and it's done.... the interior of the room is also damaged. It's a 4-star hotel, full of mold and the interior of the hotel is peeling off, the wallpaper on the walls is very unpleasant to look at.... the carpet in the corridor of the room is also very dirty and smells bad, please improve the cleanliness. Ordering food at the hotel restaurant took a long time to get the order to the table, even though we ordered to sit at the smoking area restaurant table near the pool, not in the room. I had time to complain to the waiter, I almost canceled the order.... why did it take so long for the order to come to the table, the staff said sorry, there are only 3 employees. even though at that time there were only 2 tables eating, why did it take so long.
