Kuretakeso Kemang Hotel

Back to back accommodations. I really enjoy staying in this hotel.

I've been here twice and so far there's no problem. Still, it's a must to go to the onsen because I really enjoy my me time there. The room is also okay and thank you for the cute swan decoration. But if I may suggest, the variety of food for breakfast should be more varied and the restock should be accelerated because when I arrived earlier, there were some that were empty.

Highly recommended for customers who want a staycation with a quiet evening theme and very relaxing ambiance. With a very relaxing hotel activity such as onsen and massages.

The second time I stayed here, it was very comfortable.

first time trying here if for honeymoon it's really good then the place is a bit deep and quiet so it's really good for husband and wife. if for children it can also be fun if you choose a room with a bathtub they love taking a bath. and better in front of the hotel there is a place to eat but the food in the hotel itself is tastier and the portions are more. according to the price but what's a shame is the parking lot which is still messy but overall it's good. keep it up and improve.

Good ambiance and friendly and helpful staff.

The toilet is clean but a bit smelly. The TV is not a smart TV and the remote often doesn't work.

Friendly service, front desk staff do a good job, can answer every question clearly, less complained about room needs are delivered immediately, very suitable for relaxing.

During check in, the service was not good! Asked for a top room and king bed, they answered rudely, no! So the request would be useless. Then there is a deposit of 100 thousand, and can only be cashed. As for cleanliness, it is very good! Only the room is not soundproof and the AC is not cold. Wifi also does not work.

For a 3-star hotel, I give Kuretakeso Kemang a satisfactory rating. My sister and I who love Japan were very happy because we could feel the vibe of staying in a Japanese inn, even though it was still in Kemang, hehe. Let's review one by one: • Ambience It really represents Japanese vibes, starting from the lobby, room hallway, to outdoor spots, manga corner, lounge, it's all very Japanese. The aromatherapy installed along the room hallway is also very zen. • Room We booked a Deluxe Twin Room. The space is enough for 2 people, and the furniture is mostly made of wood. Under the bed there are 2 additional shelves that are very spacious, suitable for storing clothes, empty bags, or anything. No need to worry about where to put your stuff, because there are lots of worldly drawers for storing small and large items. The bathroom already has a bathtub, shower, toilet, and sink. Standard, but comfortable to be used as a place to soak. After looking at Traveloka, it turns out there is a type of Tatami room or one that really looks like a Japanese room that is sitting on the floor. Next visit, I want to try this type of room hehe. • Facilities There is an outdoor space + several toilet cubicles that look like water towers, onsen, manga corner + lounge, spa, gym, restaurant & bar. Had time to stop by the onsen that opens at 6 pm. Here the onsen is separated for men and women, and you will be given disposable underwear if you don't want to be too naked. Then you will be given a towel, and the soaking time is 30 minutes if I'm not mistaken. The water temperature is approximately 40° C. It's quite hot for us who are not used to bathing in water that hot. Manga corner is a cool spot that is my little brother's favorite. Literally a corner, in a corner, we can read various types of comics available there. The outdoor space is also very comfortable as a place to study or hang out, even though it smells a bit of a toilet. • Food DELICIOUS & VARIATIVE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ • Services Friendly, and obviously very patient.
