Strategic location. The hotel is quite less maintenance for the interior and the elevator is not quite proper for guests.

The pillow and bed cover was dirty. I did ask for a change and still dirty. There were many ants on the table. The hallway of the 15th floor smelled like dirty dishes. There was this very dirty spot on the ceiling right in front of the elevator. The ceiling was too narrow. I had to ask to be provided with towel. The lift also made some noises so I felt unsafe in it. I expected more from such price I paid, but that was very nasty.

Have to pay IDR. 100 K for missing access card, I think this only one in the world. Seating capacity for BF too small. Wall to tiny so we can hear sound from neighbors. Can not request additional towel for any reason.

Booking this hotel for 2 nights because good review on the apps. However, we are not really comfortable with the facilities. Cons:- As the elevator is open on 15th floor, we see broken ceiling on the main corridor (Its really turn off the whole experience. Our first impression is: this property is not well maintain & start doubting the next experience staying there).- As 4 stars hotel (if I'm not mistaken-see this information by googling), the bathroom is below my personal expectation (base on experience in other 4 stars hotel). The sink is not clean enough, initially we only got 1 towel (we ask another extra towel & its granted for free), no hair dryer.- Breakfast is awful. Some of the foods are cold (I. E chicken porridge, kwetiau), hygiene factor during pandemic need to be improve (no plastic glove for customers to take the buffet menu, no handsanitizer on the stalls), the taste & variety of menu needs to be improve. We decide to have breakfast outside the hotel on second day. Pros:- The room is spacious.- Good location in the middle of Semarang.- Good swimming pool on the rooftop of the Hotel with great view.
