Luminor Hotel Kota Jakarta By WH

Spend 6 nights here. Excellent breakfast buffet with different menu everyday. Many seating area so can always find table even during peak hours. Bed very comfy with soft pillow. Location next to mini mall, mart and local restaurant. However need to improve on cleanliness. Dust on table and clothing rack. There are also used tissue under the bed and very dusty. Linen was not very clean and not changed for every checked out. There is a lipstick stain on linen. AC need to service as the room was not cool at all. Even changed room still the same. Order room service twice, the first was okay but second time they forgot to keyed in my order. Waited for 1.5 hours and call again for confirmation. They told no order received and maybe personnel from other department picked up the call. It was strange because the person confirmed twice for my order and the call directly to kitchen and it was the same person who answered the phone because I knew her voice. If you forgot to keyed in the order just be honest instead of lying and thinking I'm a fool. Need to pay by card but it seems their machine does not accept international credit card because on both occasion the card was declined. This is international hotel, why do you only accept local card and why don't you just add the bill to the room and pay during check out. It was easier and convenient rather than have to stand at the door for 10 minutes trying to pay with card.

Had a pleasant stay at Luminor Kota. Great room, spacious and clean. Breakfast spread was great also. Stay for 1 night. Worth the price.
