Very clean and comfortable. Complete room facilities. Very strategic location, looking for affordable food just walk to the apartment complex next door. Under the apartment itself there are also many foods and there is an Indomaret.

I didn't end up staying at Madison Apartment, because my travel companion had an eye infection from a virus and I was forced to cancel my stay at this apartment.

Overall, it's good, with cool air conditioning, and a very strategic location, just a short walk from Central Park Mall. The bathroom is clean, with a water heater, a full refrigerator, microwave, sink, and even cutlery. The downside is that the single mattress could be improved to prevent the foam from sagging; the springs are noticeable when you sit or lie on it. Suitable for a small family looking to stay overnight.

Will come back again if I come here, very helpful and comfortable. Bathroom facilities with a good water heater, very cold AC, there is a microwave, refrigerator, stove, and also a sink that can be used. Like at home, suitable for 1 small family on vacation and want to be close to Central Park Mall because of the strategic location. The downside is the quality of the bedroom could be improved again, such as the mattress whose foam is very thin so the springs are already felt on the body when sitting or lying down (the lower single bed) and the sheets could be made cleaner. Overall with that price point, it is very worth it!👍

The place is clean, fragrant, and very comfortable. Just go downstairs and you'll reach Central Park Mall👍. The studio room has quite complete facilities, including a refrigerator, complete dining utensils, a water boiler, and coffee. It's simply GREAT👍

Sorry if it is not appropriate, from the first check in it was informed that the one chosen was a studio, while those who came were two adults and 3 children, it definitely would not fit with a capacity of only two people, maybe you saw the photo of the 2BR type but checked out the studio because you said you didn't see it, you just paid, next time, please see carefully which one will be booked so that it is appropriate, thank you

I stayed here on 13-16 February 2025. Location wise, it's really good. There is a lot of laundry on the ground floor, as well as Indomaret. It's also a 5-minute walk to Central Park, Neo Soho, and Mall Taman Anggrek, so it's really convenient. I did not use shared facilities in the apartment, but there is a gym and swimming pool. As for facilities inside the room, there is Wi-Fi, TV, fridge, and also basic cookware. Wi-Fi is okay, but there is a little trouble with the smart TV because it cannot connect to Wi-Fi. There are 3 airconds (one each in the bedroom and common room). Size wise, it's not really big, but I guess this is the standard apartment size in Jakarta. As this is not a hotel, there is no receptionist for check-in and check-out. You need to contact the owner one day prior and get instructions to get the key.
