I had a pleasant stay with Mambruk. The food was tasty and the service was great. Lara from the front office was very helpful. Hot water inside the room 5121 and 5119 is not working. The WiFi also needs to improve.

Room is standard but AC and water heater is running well. Over all the services is great, they also make activity for kids around pool area (cake decoration). My kids was very happy for the holiday. All the staff is lovely. Thanks to Team of Mambruk Hotel

Your swimming pool and private beach are something that stands out. We enjoyed each second in there. Unfortunately, the bathroom in the room we stayed smelled a bit bad and the drain was clogged. I totally forgot what number the room was, but it was Superior type, I guess. So, please check the bathroom drainage in each room.

2nd time here and always been so satisfied! Room, Pool, and breakfast are good. Sadly kids playground on maintenance.

Good service from all staffs. Beautiful view, especially the sunset. The downside is only the bad drainage in the bathroom.

Private beach are great! Sands are beautiful, water is clear! Sunset was amazing! Just improve your sheets and fabrics please need to make it look whiter and cleaner ๐๐ผ and your pool woman who keep saying one room one pool towel in strictly face, kind of ruined the mood, please its just freakin towel and we walked so far from our front beach premiere room only to walk home wet.
