If you stay here, either using the app or other platforms, make sure to go to the hotel again to see if the order has been successfully confirmed or not. Yesterday's experience was that booking for guests could not be checked in because there was no order received from the platform even though the payment was successful, the VOC had been issued. Wow, that's a hassle.
