I enjoyed the hotel service for staycation during covid-19 situation. Most of the services are out of table the cafe, the pool, gym, spa, etc. You can get some entertainment at Kuningan City or any mall near there. The view I can saw from my room are cool.

This was our fourth time in Manhattan and again well satisfied. Very pleasant reception and nice staff. Air-conditioning system in room is better than may other hotels. Nice view and excellent breakfast. We had a very relaxing swim in the evening. The proximity to an excellent mall is an added benefit.

my experience staying here is quite good. i like the spacious room and the ambience. but the hotel can be improved by renew or fix the things inside the room like the dustbin and the door. the cleanliness also needs to improved.

my plan was to extend in the same room but the room was full and finally I ordered a new room through the receptionist on the morning of June 17, 2025, I was offered a room 1 floor above and I had informed that I was going out but the receptionist said to wait and the room would be finished before 12 then at 12.15 I called again asking to be connected to the receptionist who answered Yasmin at the receptionist with a flat tone and a little curt she said I haven't received information from the morning child because I just came in and I'm handling guest check in. then I went downstairs a little annoyed because the service was less than satisfactory but everything was cured by Mr. Adnan at the reception who offered a solution and quick certainty.

Overall my 3rd time staying with this hotel. My 3rd time they have assigned me room 2601. Overall it was better than my previously experienced: shower head old and having brown dirt, broken TV remote, fridge was broken, lighting switches was not able to off. Looking forward for another stay hopefully continue improving the ambience of the inside rooms. Thank you.

when we entered the room, we could smell the musty smell of dust..it really pierced our sense of smell...it seemed like the room had not been used for weeks (the room was not worth selling)..and we complained....and even though we had to wait for about 1 hour...we finally got a decent & good replacement room....the breakfast menu was plentiful, varied and delicious...Next, if I have time I will come again....
