I enjoyed the hotel service for staycation during covid-19 situation. Most of the services are out of table the cafe, the pool, gym, spa, etc. You can get some entertainment at Kuningan City or any mall near there. The view I can saw from my room are cool.

This was our fourth time in Manhattan and again well satisfied. Very pleasant reception and nice staff. Air-conditioning system in room is better than may other hotels. Nice view and excellent breakfast. We had a very relaxing swim in the evening. The proximity to an excellent mall is an added benefit.

It's really an amazing experience to have staycation in new year eve in Manhattan Jakarta Hotel. Such a pleasure with wide city view room to enjoy seeing NYE fireworks from the room. Must try!!

Waiting time for getting the room key is horrible. Some got the key after 90 minutes waiting, but luckily I got it after 30 minutes.

Many thanks to the all entire hotel staff for a wonderful hospitality experience, we enjoyed every moment of our stay at your hotel. Thank you very much for the surprise birthday cake and greetings for me, the breakfast menu has many variations and everything is really delicious. The city view from our room is really cool, thank you front office team, HK team, spa and gym team, F&B service team, kitchen team, Bar team and security team who are very alert and friendly, you are all amazing!. I really appreciate for everything you have done to make this happen for us and it was a truly unforgettable moment! See you at our next staycation!

Slightly overpriced. Rooms are musty and old. Cleanliness was questionable, the pillow smelled so bad I have to upgrade my room to one of the suites, and nothing was compensated except for a bowl of fruit. The room does have a great view, but the level of cleanliness was slightly off-putting. For someone who is actually from Manhattan, I'm unimpressed. The garish white light in the lobby made the place look clinical. There are certainly better hotels for the same price in Jakarta. Staffs were friendly.
