The staff are friendly and responsive, that's the only positive thing about this hotel, the rest is just standard, for the budget price it's okay, the only thing that's bad is the cleanliness, the drawers are always full of cigarette ash, and sometimes the clean room isn't swept, so you have to ask for details to the FO.

Overall, it's good. It's quite good, although the room was made up once, and the sheets and other things weren't changed. Sometimes, even when the doormat is dirty, it's not replaced. You have to ask for tissues, and glasses aren't washed. But it's okay, it's still acceptable, maybe HK made a mistake. The only thing is, the drawer full of cigarette ash is, oh my, please pay attention to that in room 528.

At that price, it's okay to stay just one day in Makassar, but the water isn't hot, it's not soundproof, you can hear people walking around, guys.

Furthermore, the fast and stable Wi-Fi connection was a plus, especially for me, who still had time to work online during my stay. Price: With such excellent facilities and service, the price offered by Hotel Max One felt very good value for money. I felt like I got more than my money's worth for my stay. Thank you. I ordered a superior room, but was upgraded to a deluxe room because the room was full. The hot water didn't work. The bathroom floor was slippery. The Wi-Fi didn't work properly. It's close to shopping and culinary centers. Strategic location. Hopefully, there will be improvements to make it even more comfortable.

The bed was clean and comfortable, the hot water worked and was strong, the toilet was clean, and the TV worked. It was quite affordable with good facilities.
