Registrasi dan pengambilan kunci silakan langsung ke meja resepsionis yang ada di lobby utama. Jika setelah cek in ada keluhan lain silakan langsung menghubungi FO yg tersedia 24 jam. 2. Check in dari jam 14.00; check out sebelum jam 12.00 esok hari 3. Perihal early check in : - jika check in jam 12 siang dikenakan biaya 100.000 langsung bayar di reception namun tergantung ketersedian dan kami tidak bisa menjanjikan early check in ada kamar. - jika early check in sebelum jam 12 siang maka di wajibkan untuk booking lebih dari 1 hari sesuai tanggal sebelum. Dan bookingan langsung via applikasi online. 4. Dilarang merokok di dalam kamar, denda sebesar Rp.300.000,- berlaku jika melanggar peraturan kami. 5. Dilarang membawa hewan peliharaan 6. Dilarang membawa senjata tajam 7. Dilarang membawa dan minum minuman keras serta obat-obatan terlarang 8. Wajib membawa kartu identitas berupa KTP/Paspor yang masih berlaku untuk ditahan sebagai deposit. I asked the staff about cancellation and reschedule the date, but won't help at all. I know this is supposed to be kostel but please train your housekeeper or better just remove it from the app if they didn't even know what and how the app works, so disappointing.

The room is cozy, but too narrow that you often bump into the table. The bathroom is very narrow and smells of urine. The rooftop area is also limited, not open 24 hours.

The staff is friendly, but not always there (I had to wait 30 minutes just to wait for the staff even though it was check in time, and the same experience when I wanted to check out, I waited 2 times back and forth to the room, the first 30 minutes I went back to the room, an hour later I went back and still waited 30 minutes). The cashier was really uncomfortable, there was only 1 blanket and it was thin (even though I ordered 2 people). The room was like a boarding house in general. I was just disappointed that the staff was not on guard 24 hours so I had to wait and the lobby was hot

The staff was really welcoming and friendly. The second good thing is the roof terrace: awesome view and good meals. I did not like the room though. There was no window and only with the AC it can get smelly. The bed was so uncomfortable, I didn't sleep well.
