The mattress is very noisy, the sound of a little movement is really loud.

Can't get any toiletries at all, just no towels. There is no soap and others either. Boro-boro can drink. There is also a water dispenser that has not been replaced. The employees are not friendly. The bed is really dirty, like it hasn't been washed. The blankets, sheets, pillows smell musty. Has it been used by other people or not?

Tolong doain gue semoga gue gak darah tinggi abis review ini tempat karena betul-betul menguras emosi banget? Nih ya awal gue masuk, lampu ga bisa dinyalain semua. Ternyata listriknya belum dicetrek dan ga ada info apapun sebelumnya, mana dapet kamar lantai 3, ya lumayan juga sih ya capeknya ada juga. Terus pas lampu udah nyala, baru liat kalau gak ada toiletries (handuk, sikat gigi, odol dan lain-lain), complimentary drink, TV juga ga bisa nyala, wifi ga bisa connect. Wah gila sih?! Akhirnya gue turun lagi ke bawah buat nanya itu semua untuk kedua kalinya, dan masnya cuma bilang 'oh iya handuk dan lain-lain emang belum dikasih nanti diantar kak. Kalau TV emang belum digital kak, belum dipasang set top box juga' Anj*r?🙂🤡 kalau wifi akhirnya dia setting lagi dan udah bisa. Tapi yang bikin kecewa lagi, toiletries sama minumnya mana? Gak dianter-anter sampe gue udah check out😍 terus pas check out gue cuma nanya dengan lembut 'di sini emang gak dikasih handuk gitu-gitu ya mas?', tanya gue kepada mas-mas yang berbeda sama yang kemarennya berjanji manis 'dikasih sih kak blablabla' yang mana sampe akhir gue bilang 'ok deh makasih ya' sembari cabut dia bahkan sama sekali gak ada ucapin kata maaf. Demi apapun gue kecewa banget! Gak akan balik lagi ke sini demi Allah deh.+ ini beberapa bukti yang bikin nambah kekecewaan gue sama ini penginapan (noda yang gue ga tau itu apaan, ga mau suudzon apapun lah, sumpah udah capek wallahi, kalau bisa gue kasih rating -1 udah gue kasih sih)

The sheets were dirty, lots of spots, one of the rooms smelled of cigarettes, no soap or toothbrush, no towels either, more like a boarding house anyway, at this price it's not worth it at all.

Very friendly staff, neat and clean environment. Comfortable and quiet place. Room quality is good, AC is cold, TV is on perfectly, all out ❤.

Kurang pelayanannya, sombong banget

Bintang 2 karena harga murah. Kamar kotor, dapurnya kotor banget, tempat sampah penuh lalat dan toilet bowl nya leaking dan kamar mandinya kotor.

The place is cool, if you go to this place you must book first, weekends are always full, the service is ok, the staff is friendly, the prices are right. The air conditioner is cold, the corned egg indomie is also delicious. Close to binplaz and Lotte shopping mall.

The place is fun, quite clean, safe and comfortable. We stayed a few days in the context of an office event in Bintaro, the staff was friendly and the other guests were fun too, next time we will come back again.

Our greatest appreciation to Mutiara kostel bintaro, our son's graduation ceremony went smoothly, assisted by the Mutiara kostel team for transportation and breakfast. The place is cozy and very relaxing. Five stars.

The price is affordable, the place is really cool, the staff is helpful, get light snacks and a welcome drink, shoot tea, next time back when you go to Bintaro, success for Mutiara kostel.

The place is safe and comfortable, the air conditioner is really cold and the smart TV also works well, there is hot water too. It's okay to be given an orange floridina welcome drink, satisfying service, really topp 👍.

This is a great place for relaxing, ambience is good, staff are very helpful, next trip to bintaro will come back again. Close by grocery store and owner are the same. Good job 👍.

Wow ini baru excellent sekali, harga kaki lima pelayanan bintang lima, bakalan balik lagi deh, buat istirahat sejenak dalam rangka business trip cukup memuaskan sekali, pelayanan dari staff sangat baik, ramah dan sopan, bakalan balik lagi kalau ke wilayah Bintaro, minimarketnya juga lengkap, jadi kalau laper tinggal ke minimart aja makanan siap saji.
