Hello, the management and staff of Nemuru Hotel. The hotel is comfortable and clean. I checked in late, and the staff responded quickly when I contacted them via WhatsApp. The room was neat and clean, and the toiletries were complete. The hotel staff is friendly and very helpful... The room is very clean, because it is cleaned and changed every day. I got on the 23rd floor, the view is very good. My husband and I had our first staycation at Nemuru. It was the best! The room was super clean, the AC was super cold, the view was straight out onto the LRT/MRT, the pool was great, and there was a gym. The breakfast was delicious! The staff was friendly! The hotel is quite new, I stayed in the Kobe single bed type, the room was nice, fragrant, comfortable, clean. It's also close to Halim airport. I highly recommend it for those looking for a place to stay before going to the airport. The view of the swimming pool can see the LRT/fast train in the evening. The staff are friendly and kind, they helped us shop and get money too. If I go to Jakarta again, I will stay here again.

staying 2 nights in this hotel was incredible. the room was nice, spacious, the staff are helpful, but the floor in the room was not clean, they should learn how to mop well. and the toilet on the first floor need to be clean.

I stayed for 4 days and 3 nights to attend a two-day seminar and was able to take turns babysitting with my husband (and celebrate our wedding anniversary). Here are some of the pluses and minuses during our stay. Things I liked: 1. The friendly service from all the hotel staff. 2. The breakfast menu varied daily and was sometimes delicious (depending on who cooked it). 3. The strategic location to the places I wanted to go with my child. 4. The fully equipped kitchen with premium appliances and an electric stove that matched the description. 5. The refrigerator also had a freezer, which I really needed for storing food for my 15-month-old baby. 6. There were decorations on the bed because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, which I had already informed the hotel via WhatsApp before staying. Thank you. 7. The children's pool was cold but comfortable, enough for a 15-month-old to stand up, with the water reaching her chest. This really helps children learn to not be afraid of swimming. Unfortunate things: 1. The electricity went out several times, so I had to manually turn it off at the MCB if I wanted to use the stove (the staff instructed me). 2. There were lots of small red ants in the kitchen and on the table near the electric kettle. (The cleaning staff was quick to respond), but my child's feet were already itchy from accidentally stepping on them. 3. Some of the food on the menu smelled bad (the restaurant staff was quick to explain the reason for the smell and offered to replace it). Overall, thank you for your service, Nemuru. It was a truly pleasant stay.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the check-in process is also very fast, but maybe the elevator was having problems so we had to get help from the receptionist. But I swear they are very friendly, all requests are fulfilled and the room is okay, the water is okay, the location is really good, the swimming pool is also very comfortable, and the food is all delicious.

There is no deposit upon check-in, the female receptionist is friendly, always smiles when spoken to, the hotel is clean, the rooms are neat, comfortable, the swimming pool is clean, the breakfast variety is lacking but the taste is quite good, there is an Indomaret near the back gate, there is also an Eco Park, so you can jog in the morning, the room key was lost and you had to pay 50 thousand rupiah in cash, in the morning I wanted to take a shower after my husband, but it turned out the hot water was gone, so I had to take a cold shower, the liquid soap was out, why not refill it while cleaning the room? And what makes staying here a hassle is that if you take the elevator upstairs you have to ask the staff for access, it doesn't automatically use the room key access so it's a hassle, every time you want to go up you have to call the staff, if the staff has guests, you have to wait for their business to be finished first.
