The food in breakfast are many options such us Indonesian food, Chinese dim sum, English breakfast. The room is clean, nice and quite big, which is make us convenient. A game in the afternoon time is quite interesting and make us enjoying.

So far so good in our holiday, the room is amazing, unfortunately the wall is not paint well, and the ac are leaking, the pool is great, but the food price is too expensive. The room is to noisy when sleeping time, maybe from the other guest and the refrigerator, the pool, sunset view and the beach are great.

The place is awesome, room is clean and spacious, view is great (we booked a room facing the ocean) They also have game room (billiards, wall version of ular tangga and ludo, arcade basket ball, etc)! Perfect place for having fun with your family members. There is also a sand playground for kids. The hotel also has an access to an exclusive beach space where it has its own outdoor cafe + swimming pool, but it's located outside hotel area (you need to cross the main road to get there), and it takes around 5 minutes only from lobby area, but they prepare buggies to help you get there if you prefer not walking. Staffs are nice and helpful. Food is generally OK, but unfortunately found a few flies around the area.

The check in and check out process was smooth assisted by Kak Regina and the room was given as requested. The cleanliness of the room and hotel was good, we stayed for 2 days and the room was cleaned early in the morning by the staff. The swimming pool and beach were very popular with the children.

1. This is my second time here, the first time in 2020 the barefoot beach was not as complete as it is now, it was neat & there were more places to relax 2. There was an incident where the room door couldn't be opened when I first arrived, for some reason, I went back and forth to the receptionist but it still didn't work, what was tiring was the room at the top but I had to go back and forth to the receptionist downstairs, it took almost half an hour, but it was finally cleared, it seems like the door battery was low 3. The hotel staff are all friendly, my son really likes watching the fish pond and the staff gives him fish food so the fish gather together 4. The food at the Serai Resto is also delicious, at night there is also live seafood, all the seafood is fresh, then I wanted to order banana caramel & ice cream because my son likes ice cream but it turned out to be empty, eh instead I was given a compliment 😭😭 thank you sis geisha, small things but meaningful 5. Serai Resto: baked rice seafood 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻, sweet & sour chicken seasoning is really delicious 6. Got a compliment of nastar when checking in last Eid, got cookies when checking out, once again small things but meaningful, I won't regret staying here

At a price of 3.xxx.xxx the soap is not refilled, you cannot ask for more towels, you can only exchange them, there are very few electrical sockets, only 2.

For this price of a hotel, it should be cleaner.. the room floor is a bit sticky, the bathtub because it is an outdoor concept needs special maintenance so that it doesn't get mossy (there is moss on the bottom).. then under the seat in front of the room there are still wet cigarette butts.. please be cleaner.. only 1 towel was given, if you want more you need to ask for more..

The only thing lacking in Novus is the lack of electrical outlets, even though it is very important for those of us who are on vacation or work. But for everything it is very comfortable and pleasant, very homey. Hopefully later I can go on vacation to Novus again to bring my family and children ❤️.

stay in a relaxing bathtub room at a price of 3 million for 2 nights - at a price of 3 million the room TV is not yet a smart TV, there are only 2 TV channels :( - in the room there is only 1 plug and that is near the TV :(( - in the bathtub outside there was a lot of bird droppings when I arrived but when I asked to be cleaned it was immediately cleaned - during breakfast on Friday because there were less than 100 guests, the food was less varied, the taste of the meatballs was mostly flour - during breakfast on Saturday there was a lot of food variation, the taste of the miso soup was very salty, - Saturday night there was a show on the beach at 17:45 Here the advantage is in the very good service. My suggestion with a room price above 3 million the TV can be replaced with a smart TV, lots of TV channels
